And I wondered if I would ever be confident enough to share MY stories, my truth, my magic, without needing external validation…
I felt like everything I wanted to talk about had already been said by someone, but better and more articulate… So I convinced myself there was no space for me…
I also worried that I would lose the people I loved when I fully embodied the women I came here to be and claimed my success… So I told myself that my dreams were too big, and I tried to convince myself I was happy where I was…
A life where I didn’t have to be ‘ON’ 24/7, always trying to do more, be more, push harder, keep everyone happy and check all the boxes of a ‘normal’ life in order to be accepted… and where I could just rest in my being and playfulness and the deep knowingness that that IS enough and get paid for being ME and not just dream EVEN BIGGER & BOLDER, but also LIVE it…
Felt as far away as a human being’s ability to grown wings and fly
Because despite a desire to help people and big dreams of a more ALIVE life…
I couldn’t find my way out of overwhelm, self-doubt and lack of self-belief…
and I lacked the knowledge, support & role-modeling of how to heal myself in a way that allowed me to continue to move forward and not having to press pause on life in order to heal…
Fast forward to today?
I make decisions fast, take embodied action even faster, and when life gets lifey or a moment of doubt shows up, I know how to lead myself through this to come out on the other side stronger, more embodied and more confident. Certain breathwork practices can trigger physiological and emotional shifts, making them unsuitable during pregnancy. However, many other resources and coaching elements in the program are completely safe. Always consult your doctor, and reach out to Hieke for guidance on pregnancy-safe practices.
This program is live-led, and beyond the calls, you’ll receive daily support inside our Telegram group. I’m there to answer your questions, offer insights, and provide additional teachings. Plus, the group itself is a powerful space for connection, celebration, and expansion.

Breathwork can result in physiological changes in the body and/or intense physical and emotional release, and is therefore not recommended for pregnant women. However, there are many resources and coaching available in the program that are perfectly safe to do when pregnant. We always recommend checking with your doctor, and reach out to Hieke so she can guide you to practices that are safe to do.
This program is live-led, and outside of the live sessions you will be supported by me + the rest of the group in the Telegram chat. I’m there daily to support you, connect with you, answer any questions that come up and share insights & trainings.
