Somatic Alchemy is a potent blend of various modalities. Most are safe to do for everyone, however activating breathwork can result in physiological changes in the body and/or intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, as a precaution, there are contraindications for certain breathwork practices. You can find these in our disclaimer. It is crucial that you inform your coach if any of these conditions are relevant to you. If you have any questions about this, please email hello@thefreedomvortex.com
Some of the most common benefits include: release stress, reduce anxiety, regulate autonomic nervous system, improve mental clarity, regulate emotions, boost energy, increase focus, attention and everyday performance, deepen self-trust, confidence and self-leadership and experience deeper levels of aliveness, joy and freedom.
Breathwork can result in physiological changes in the body and/or intense physical and emotional release, and is therefore not recommended for pregnant women. However, there are many resources and coaching available on the platform that are perfectly safe to do when pregnant. We always recommend checking with your doctor, and reach out to Hieke so she can guide you to practices that are safe to do.
Results vary, but many women who have implemented these techniques increased their confidence, released old, stagnant emotions and came back into their power. Breathwork can result in physiological changes in the body and/or intense physical and emotional release, and is therefore not recommended for pregnant women. However, there are many resources and coaching available on the platform that are perfectly safe to do when pregnant. We always recommend checking with your doctor, and reach out to Hieke so she can guide you to practices that are safe to do.
